Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours:
CLOSED for lunch
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday (By Appointment Only) No walk-ins. A $10 appointment fee applies.

Summer hours may vary to accommodate extreme heat conditions.
After-Hours & Special Services:

We serve healthcare providers, DOT-regulated employers, and public safety agencies, offering accurate, reliable, and timely testing services—including post-accident testing —while maintaining the highest standards of quality, confidentiality, and compliance.
Your E-passport or Q-Passport ( Barcode slip ) is your orders. NOT your appointment! Appointments take priority over walk-ins.

WE DO NOT HAVE THE COMPUTER SYSTEM TO PULL LAB DRAWS.

All collections and testing are on a self pay scale only. Payments are collected at time of service NO EXCEPTIONS.
